Our story
Two perspectives, one better way to access care
Arrival Care began with two complementary perspectives: a registered nurse who understood the realities of patient care and a healthcare technology architect who understood how secure, purposeful systems could improve the experience.
Together, they set out to create a better way for patients to access focused nursing support and for RNs to provide care with the information, preparation, and tools they need. The result is a platform designed around human connection—supported by technology, never replaced by it.

Arrival Care was founded in Arizona by husband-and-wife team KC Key, BSN, RN, and Josh Key, MBA. As a registered nurse, wife, and mother, KC understands the importance of compassionate patient care and the need for nurses to have greater flexibility and independence.
Built from a shared passion for serving others, Arrival Care is a labor of love for their family. Their faith helped inspire a mission centered on dignity, kindness, compassion, and personalized nursing care.

Personalized care starts with preparation
Arrival Care’s comprehensive, nurse-designed intake helps patients share their health history, care needs, preferences, and visit details before a nurse accepts a request.
Qualified RNs can review the relevant information, determine whether the visit aligns with their experience, and arrive prepared to provide attentive, one-on-one support. The intake may take time, but every question is designed to help the patient and nurse begin the visit informed and prepared.

Every service includes a comprehensive head-to-toe nursing assessment and a personalized Arrival Care report detailing the care delivered during your visit. Secure messaging supports visit coordination, and your report is available after the nurse completes clinical charting. Patients can also rate and review their nurse after a completed visit.
Our mobile app, currently being redesigned as a nurse field tool, will support workflows including Start Visit and End Visit.
